Zdriver24, as much of an ass as Nick can be, this is a subject that has been discussed a good handful of times in the past, and there are plenty of replies to be found easily through the forum's search tools. Try not to take Nick's gruff manner personally; he's like this with everyone. It's like his "tough love" way of trying to teach you to search first.
